On March 23, 2016, the world's first 9E.04 gas turbine exhaust pipe accepted by Yichang Shipyard successfully passed the quality appraisal of GE's NPI project and was successfully shipped at the assembly plant (Yichang). This is the third type of NPI product successfully delivered by Yichang Shipyard.
It is reported that the 9E.04 gas turbine exhaust pipe project has been completed from the contract to the completion of the product, which lasted for one year and five months. Before the product started, all the units of the company set up a work team in charge of the project, which will manufacture, inspect, Technology and other work are implemented. Drawing on the successful experience of other models of NPI products, combined with the design drawings and their own technical advantages and processing capabilities, the process has been refined.
In the production process of the product, strengthen the process control and strictly implement the “Administrative Measures for the Release of GE Productsâ€. In the key aspects of product production, we have found problems in a timely manner, responded quickly and formulated corrective measures. Especially before the product is shipped, due to the difficulty in the timely delivery of the products due to GE design changes, the relevant personnel work overtime and work together to ensure not only the product quality, but also ensure that the products are shipped on schedule.
