Xinjiang Tianye Technology Renovation of 35 Bag Filters for Coal Handling System

Recently, Xinjiang Tianye Thermoelectricity Fueling and Transportation Company has problems with the bag dust collector on the filter bag in the operation of coal handling, and has carried out technological transformation on 35 bag filter devices in the coal conveying system.
The technological transformation includes the removal and replacement of filter bags and injection pipes of the precipitators, the overall cleaning of the precipitators, the modification of the discharge pipes and the installation of lockless wind unloaders, and the repair of screw conveyors. After the completion of the technical renovation work, no visible dust can be reached on the site of coal handling operation, and the on-site coal dust concentration can reach 30mg/m3 or less.
