On October 28th, Zhejiang Ouhua Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. built a 38K project for the German NORD company. The first ship of the 614 ship was held at the No. 5 workshop. This is the series of 37K series and 1700TEU series of the company and the German NORD company. After the successful cooperation of the ship, they joined hands again.
The 614 is about 189.99 meters long, 28.3 meters wide, 15.0 meters deep, and designed to drown 10.5 meters. It is a 38000DWT bulk carrier. This ship type is another new ship type launched by our company on the basis of 37000DWT bulk carrier. After further development and upgrade, the main engine is upgraded to G-type machine. Under the premise that the deadweight tons increase and the speed remains unchanged, the host power ratio The 37K ship type has been reduced by nearly 1000 kW, which further embodies the design concept of energy saving and environmental protection, which has also won a broader market for the company.
According to Zheng Junwei, the person in charge of the project of the Ministry of Technology, since the start of production design in May this year, the project team took the opportunity to deepen the production design and applied the company's established Ouhua production design standards. The plans for the relevant regions were planned according to the plan. The double bottom section production drawing of the cargo area has been completed, and the next step will be to review the sectional structure drawings of the cabin area.
