The production line was started on December 1st, 2008 and put into operation in September 2009. It can annually produce 3.1 million tons of clinker and 5 million tons of cement. The 18MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation unit can be matched to produce 120 million kWh of electricity annually. The total investment of the project is 1.66 billion yuan, which is the cement production line with the largest capacity and the most advanced technology and equipment in the world today.
II. Project Status The project owns and the world's largest single-line Nissan 12000T/d new dry process production line. The rotary kiln has a production capacity of 12,000T/d. However, in order to reduce the difficulty of installation, other equipment adopts a two-to-one form, supporting two Preheater, two high temperature fans, two cement mills, etc. In addition to the rotary kiln in the entire production line as a monomer, the other two lines are configured, similar to the two 6000T / d production line at the rotary kiln merger.

VI. Energy Saving of Equipment The Tianrui Group attaches great importance to the Shuyang Cement Project and implements it in accordance with high standards during the design and construction phase. In order to respond positively to the national call, all aspects of energy conservation measures have been fully implemented. In high-voltage power equipment, the inverter was purchased directly in the construction phase. And Leader Huafu inverter product quality is good, the on-site equipment power frequency running time is very small, the scene does not have a very comprehensive power frequency operation data as a comparison of energy-saving measurement. According to the operating frequency of the site and the operator's introduction, the preliminary power saving can also be obtained as follows:
(1) High temperature fan: normal full load production, frequency 40Hz, current 120A, energy saving rate of 17%;
(2) tail exhaust fan: normal full load production, frequency 34Hz, current 31A, saving rate of 30%;
(3) Head exhaust fan: normal full-load production, frequency 44Hz, current 80A, energy saving rate of 11%;
(4) coal mill fan: normal full load production, frequency 40Hz, current 17A, energy saving rate of 15%;
(5) Grate cooler fan: Normal full-load production, frequency 45-48Hz, current 17A~22A, energy saving rate within 10%;

Summarizing the statistical analysis of cement costs by cement companies, coal and electricity costs account for a relatively large part of the overall cost of cement, which is generally above 60% (35% for coal and 27% for electricity), and raw material costs ( Limestone, gypsum, slag, clay, and iron powder are only about 15%. It can be seen that the cost of electricity is almost twice the cost of raw materials. How to reasonably use electricity and reduce electricity consumption will effectively reduce the production costs of cement companies and increase the competitiveness of products. Tianrui Group fully understand this point, so its main high-pressure fan is all used in the frequency control system.
