Engineering quality concept

Quality of the project refers to the overall quality of things, such as mineral processing plant design, construction, testing, commissioning overall quality of things involved in the whole process, known as the quality of the project. Factors affecting the overall situation can be generally divided into the following five aspects: 1 ) People: refers to the operator's technical level, education level, quality concept, physical condition, management ability. 2 ) Machine: The technical level of labor means and process, the accuracy of testing equipment, and the level of automation. 3 ) Raw materials: raw materials, auxiliary materials, blanks, and parts. 4 ) Method: Refers to methods of operation, process, test, analysis and organization management. 5 ) Environment: refers to the cleanliness, light, temperature, humidity, noise, dust, vibration and so on. When analyzing and studying the impact of engineering quality on product quality, we can start from the above five aspects.
