Air in the water pipe to lead to water circulation of chiller blocked

The day before yesterday, a customer asked me from S&A WeChat [we have bought S&A dual pump chiller CW-6100AT to cool laser machine, it works well all the time. However, today, the temperature controller displays [TIGH TEMP" and alarm sounds when the chiller startup".

S&A, [This is water flow alarm. Firstly, you can try to connect the water inlet with outlet of high temperature end with short pipe, checking the status of chiller".

The customer, [The alarm is eliminated, but after connecting the laser machine, the alarm sounds for a few minutes later, it will go back to normal".
