5, if the pump liquid temperature is too high and cause self-absorption difficulties, then you can temporarily shut down, the use of liquid back to the pump back to the pump or to the pump body plus reservoir directly to the pump to replenish the liquid, so that the pump The liquid cooling, and then start.

6, the pump in the course of work as a strong vibration and noise, there may be caused by pump cavitation, cavitation produced for two reasons: First, the import pipe flow rate is too large, and second, the suction stroke is too high. When the flow rate is too large, the outlet control valve can be adjusted to increase the pressure gauge readings, which should be promptly removed when there is a blockage in the inlet pipe. When the suction stroke is too high, the installation height of the pump may be properly reduced.
