XCMG XTR7/360 cantilever type tunnel boring machine is a new product with independent intellectual property rights developed by XCMG based on international advanced technology and years of experience in tunnel construction. It is mainly designed for the construction needs of Zhongda Tunnel. The cutting height of this machine is more than 7m. It can realize the once-excavation molding of medium section tunnel. The large-section tunnel is divided into two layers for excavation. It is suitable for medium and large section tunnel projects such as subway, highway and railway.

The XTR7/360 machine focuses on reliability design and has strong rock-breaking capability. It can be used for hard rock construction. With a new type of cutting mechanism, hard rock cutting heads and hard rock picks are used to improve the rock breaking ability of the cutting head and reduce the wear of hard rock cutting. The automatic coiling system is adopted to avoid artificially dragging the cables and ensure the safety of the construction. The use of a height-increased first conveyor and collision avoidance device allows the truck to directly pick up the material at the rear to improve the discharge efficiency; the air-cooled heat dissipation and water-cooling heat dissipation coexist, and the host can operate normally with or without an external water source. Work; with intelligent electronic control and protection functions, with a soft start, remote control and other functions; the main hydraulic components are used internationally renowned brands to strengthen the stability of the equipment.
