The Haishi Light Bus made in Myanmar is under the technical support provided by Daikin Long
On November 14, 2010, the first Hailion Light Bus, which was supplied by Daikin Long, was officially opened in Yangon, the largest city in Myanmar. Starting in July 2009, Daikin Dragon and relevant parties in Myanmar began negotiating on the preparation of a light passenger car production line. They eventually agreed that the production line would be provided with technical support from Daikin Dragon and the Myanmar side would invest in the construction. The total investment of the project is 14 million US dollars, and the annual production capacity of the factory is 5,000, including three workshops for welding, painting and assembly. Dajinlong provided technical support in the aspects of production line design, shop floor layout, and vehicle production and assembly, which also marked the stage where Dajinlong Lightbus has stepped from the output of products to the output of technology. 
After three years of overseas business expansion, Dajinlong Lightbus has formed a number of stable export markets. In 2010, the export volume will exceed 4,000 units, and the export scale will rank second in the industry. With the establishment of Myanmar's light passenger production line, Daikin Dragon now has two light passenger production lines including Malaysia in Southeast Asia, which will play a positive role in the future expansion of Dajinlong Lightbus’ overseas business.
