Dry granulator is the main machine to press the organic fertilizer and organic-inorganic fertilizer into spherical granule. It is suitable for medium or small compound fertilizer enterprises. Can produce 0.5 ton to 0.8 ton compound fertilizers per hour.
The structure of the machine is compact and artistic. With characteristics like less power, easy to use and work efficiency.
There are many kinds of sphere diameter molds for you to choose, such as Sφ 3.5\Sφ 4\Sφ 4.5\Sφ 5\Sφ 6\Sφ 6.5, etc.
We can make the sphere diameter mold as your request.
The machine has two feeding control ways, frequency control and electromagnetic control ways.

Main structure and work principle
Manure Moisture Content ≤ 20%
It is consist of feeding, granulating, outgoing system. The fertilizer is from hopper into feeding system, by regulating the motor speed getting suitable material flow. Then through the chute, into press room to make granule. At last, the outgoing system sends the spherical granule to destination.
