Six Nations Chemicals First Sino-foreign Joint Venture to Operate

The first Sino-foreign equity joint venture Sino-Korean joint venture Tongling Guoxing Chemical Co., Ltd. recently received a business license from the industrial and commercial department and officially began operations. Tongling Guoxing has a registered capital of 8.38 million US dollars, of which Six-Country Chemicals accounts for 70%, South Korea's Samsung Products Co., Ltd. accounts for 20%, and Samsung Products Hong Kong Co., Ltd. accounts for 10%. The first-phase project of the joint venture company will build a production project with an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons of sulfur-phosphorus ammonium compound fertilizer, and the total planned construction capacity will be 600,000 tons of compound fertilizer annually. A total investment of 110 million yuan in the first phase, the product will use the "Six Stars" trademark, the target market for Southeast Asia. The project will start construction next month and will be completed and put into operation in June next year.
