Medium-sized copper-lead-zinc deposit discovered in Nanling County, Anhui Province

After more than three years of field drilling, the 812 Geological Team of East China Metallurgical Geological Exploration Bureau identified the Yaojialing copper-lead-zinc mine in Nanling County, Anhui Province with a resource of 170,000 tons. The recently submitted census report passed the expert review to confirm that the deposit has reached Medium size.

The Yaojialing copper-lead-zinc deposit is located 15 kilometers west of Nanling County. The copper-lead-zinc deposits in the deposit are mainly lenticular and vein-like, with a copper, lead and zinc resource of 170,000 tons, accompanied by higher gold and silver. The deposit is a newly discovered medium-sized polymetallic symbiotic deposit during the 10th Five-Year Plan period in Anhui Province. Its discovery will effectively promote a new round of deep prospecting in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.
