Maoming Petrochemical full-density polyethylene large-scale granulation template was successfully developed

The localized full-density polyethylene large-scale granulation template installed by Liaoyang Sijia Machinery Parts Co., Ltd. was organized and implemented by the chemical division of Maoming Branch in August 2006. It has produced 160,000 tons of qualified products. The technical performance and use requirements of similar imported products have successfully realized the localization of large-scale granulation templates.

Granulation stencils are expensive and fragile components in polyethylene and polypropylene raw material production facilities, and domestic production capacity is weak. Large granulation stencils have long relied mainly on imports.

It is reported that during the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” period, there will be more than a dozen large-scale polyethylene and polypropylene production lines in China that will start construction or put into production. There will be a large demand for large-scale granulation templates as important accessories.
