Jiujiang Petrochemical Aramatic Hydrocarbon Extraction Plant Successfully Energy-saving

The key energy-saving renovation project of refinery unit of Jiujiang Petrochemical Branch Company of Sinopec Corp.—The reformation of the extraction tower of the 100,000-ton/year aromatics extraction plant recently achieved a successful drive. The process indicators of the plant met the production requirements and solved the problem. The bottleneck that plagued the production of aromatic extraction plants for many years was constrained.

After the energy-saving aromatic hydrocarbon extraction tower was put into operation, the plant operation was stable, the product quality was stable, the anti-jamming capability of the plant was significantly enhanced, and the extraction efficiency was significantly improved. The non-aromatic hydrocarbon purity of raffinate oil was increased from the previous 97% to the current 99%, increase the aromatics recovery rate of the device, daily production of more than 10 tons of "triphenyl" products.
