On the occasion of Cummins' centennial celebration, the official launch of Cummins Electronics and Fuel Systems Wuhan Engineering Technology Center also has extraordinary significance. As a global supplier of multi-power solutions, Cummins is also the only company in the world with five core components of the engine. Cary Chenanda, vice president of Cummins, general manager of electronics and fuel systems business, Wang Ning, vice president of Cummins and general manager of China's parts business unit, attended the launching ceremony.

As an important part of Cummins' global R&D center, Cummins Electronics and Fuel Systems Wuhan Technology Center will undertake research and development of high-horsepower fuel systems, which will also be put into production at the Wuhan plant.

The technology center will work with Cummins East Asia R&D Center to match the needs of China's local market and customize the application of R&D products. In the field of fuel systems, Cummins' most advanced fuel technology will be transformed into high-quality products to provide diversified product selection for China's six-stage fuel system; in the field of electronic control, it will continue to iteratively upgrade existing controllers and sensors.
