"Femtosecond Laser Device and Sensing" Research Receives Nearly 2 Million Financing

China Instrument Network Instrument R&D Recently, news from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Professor Wang Dongning of China Metrology University and Professor Li Jianqing of the Macau University of Science and Technology led the joint report of their respective teams “Femtosecond Laser Preparation Micro Fiber Online/Inline Lab The Sensing Application Project was approved for the joint research fund project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China in 2016 and the Science and Technology Development Fund of Macau. Professor Wang Dongning’s team plans to obtain funding of nearly 2 million yuan.


Wang Dongning was selected as a special expert for the “Thousand Talents Program” in Zhejiang Province in 2014. In June 2015, he joined the Institute of Optoelectronics of China Measurement University. After entering the school, he set up a "femtosecond laser device and sensing" research team in a relatively short period of time to carry out the "femtosecond laser microfabrication of fiber optic devices and sensing" "optical fiber comb" "volatile organics / gas "Optical fiber sensing" and other directions research. Since its establishment, the team has participated in one national key basic research and development project, undertook 1 project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 1 project of the Youth Fund, and 1 project of the Natural Science Foundation of Zhejiang Province. It has been published in the past two years (including acceptance ) Nearly 20 papers in the second district or above of SCI of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, applying for more than 10 patents, and directing graduate students to publish 1 paper in Scientific Reports (IF 5.228) magazine.
It is reported that in recent years, high-level talents such as the “Thousand Talents Program” special experts and the “Qianjiang Scholars” specially appointed professors from China Metrology University have adapted to the new working environment in a relatively short period of time and have formed a number of achievements.
