Ball Briquette Machine Applications:
  The purpose of Ball Briquette Press Machine is to reduce dust, control volume weight, improve 
transport characters and recycle materials.

powder (FeSi powder), iron scale, iron sludge, precipitator dust, iron concentrate, raw material powder, 
manganese ore fines, slime peat, fireproof material, desulfurized gypsum can be press into round and 
pillow shape.

Ball press briquette machine for coal working condition: 
(1). Material size for ball press briquette machine for coal is required before feeding into briquette 
machine:

material size should be less than 5 mm.Or else a coal crusher is needed to reduce the size less than 
5mm for briquetting.

(2). Coal Moisture content: About 10%.

(3). A complete briquetting plant is made up of crusher, double shaft mixer, binder mixing barrel, coal 
briquette machine, vertical dryer and etc.

(4). The coal briquette is suitable for many material: such as coal powder, coke powder, charcoal powder, iron ore fine, mill scale, iron powder, cast iron powder, refractory material, lime powder etc.
