Digital rubber tire equipment project passed acceptance

The "Eleventh Five-Year" National Science and Technology Support Plan Project - Development of digital rubber tire production special equipment was approved by experts from Qingdao High-tech Division of the Ministry of Science and Technology. The project has formed a complete set of digital tire production solutions with independent intellectual property rights, and applied for a total of 29 invention patents.

The project developed a large-scale informatization system for tire companies—a tire digital manufacturing management and control system; developed key technologies for RFID chip tire implantation and application; overcame the key technologies of advanced mixing modeling and rubber displacement control; broke through laser and X-ray Tire detection and imaging key technologies have been successfully applied to the detection of finished tires to achieve localization of such equipment; independent research and development of digital mixing systems and other key equipment for digital tire production.
