Danfoss inverter intelligent logic counter function
Introduction: Many small production machines are required to count the output of the product. When the output meter reaches a certain preset value, it will stop automatically; when restarting, the counter will be manually reset and then turned on, so the output will start to count again until the preset value. . Previously the counter function usually relied on external counters to complete. Danfoss FC series inverter built-in powerful SLC logic control function, through the logic program, can realize the counter control function. First, counter control function requirements: Figure 1 is a picture of an ordinary industrial counter. The general counter has a digital signal input and a digital signal output. The current count value and the preset value are displayed on the panel. The preset value can be set by the user. The working sequence diagram of the counter is shown in Fig. 2. When the product quantity count reaches the preset value, the counter digital output signal acts to stop the host from running. After the user resets the counter, the host can run again. Second, Danfoss FC series inverter intelligent logic function description: The built-in intelligent logic function of Danfoss FC series inverter is Danfoss PLC logic control function which is open to the user. Users can customize the special program according to their actual needs. Danfoss has specially developed MCT10 software for user-friendly programming. The logic logic programming method is shown in Figure 3. The main logic trigger conditions are the following: 1. Digital input and output; 2. Comparator output 3. Logical rules output; 4. Timer output; 5. State of operation, stop, warning and alarm; 6. Frequency, current reaches a predetermined value; ...... Smart logic execution actions mainly include the following: 1. Concluding remarks: Danfoss' new FC series inverters have built-in powerful intelligent logic control functions. The counter function can be realized through simple programming. At present, this solution has been used at a pager equipment supplier, and the function fully meets customer requirements. The original scheme is more streamlined and less expensive than the system.

For example, in the formulation of rigid PVC, a large amount of CPE will reduce the hardness and rigidity, which reduces the physical properties of the product; in addition, when the low temperature resistance requirement of PVC products exceeds minus 30°C, CPE135A cannot meet the requirements. Under normal circumstances, modified CPE, such as ACM, RGC135A, etc., can be selected for rigidity and hardness improvement; for low-temperature resistance modification, impact-resistant ACR or other impact modifiers with lower glass transition temperature can be selected.
