If not, consider that the nozzle is not atomized, the pump plunger spring and the spring seat are broken, the card does not work, or there is water in the diesel. Remove the nozzle assembly to check the opening pressure and atomization. If the nozzle assembly is normal, allow the user to use clean diesel into the kettle to test by the oil bypass method.
