Among these, the information and communication industry plays an important foundation and guarantee role. In the integration and development of the information communications industry and these related industries, we must focus on the following principles to better promote the integration and multiplication of industrial and information technologies.

First, we must pay full attention to the importance of smart equipment and smart applications, and firmly grasp the good opportunities for industrial development. "Made in China 2025" clearly regards smart manufacturing as the main direction of attack. Smart manufacturing will bring more development opportunities to related equipment manufacturing and information and communication industries. It is hoped that domestic enterprises will follow the trend and grasp industrial development opportunities.

Guangzhou wants to build smart equipment industry cluster

During the conference, China Electronic Information Industry Federation issued the "China Smart Application Alliance" proposal, announced the formal establishment of the alliance, and launched the "China Big Data Innovation Application Industry Alliance" preparatory work.

The China Smart Application Alliance is an industry organization jointly initiated by the China Electronic Information Industry Federation and 20 smart application field backbone companies and institutions such as Xiaomi Technology Co., Ltd., Microsoft (China) Co., Ltd., and Ali Cloud Computing Co., Ltd.
