This technology uses microwave and infrared radiation to completely evaporate 10%~15% of water that is difficult to extract in the traditional coating technology and remains in the paint film. The heat transfer efficiency is very high. It can be completed in 10 to 20 minutes. The component waterborne wood lacquer single layer is completely dry, while the traditional coating technology takes more than 2 hours. Microwave infrared drying and heating balance, but also to avoid the general appearance of waterborne coating furniture, whitening, mold, cracking and other phenomena.
It is reported that the technology developed by the Garbo Lili Group and South China University of Technology lasted for one and a half years was a domestic initiative and was applying for a patent.
