1. Zero calibration. The mechanical zero of the meter should be calibrated before the new instrument is used for the first time. The method is as follows: firstly open the screw of the lower part of the instrument, take out the battery, calibrate the mechanical zero position of the electric meter, and then load the battery, and then perform standard value calibration. 2. Standard value calibration. Adjust the upper knob of the instrument at the bottom of the air and fresh air to make the meter value 21% (the standard value). 3. Place the instrument in the gas to be tested. The gas to be measured can also be continuously driven into the oxygen diffusion hole of the instrument by a suction balloon or air bag. After a few ten seconds, the oxygen concentration can be read directly from the indicator meter. 4. Use AJY-1 oxygen detector to measure oxygen. Pay attention to the following problems in use and maintenance: (1) The instrument should be fixed for use by someone, kept by hand, and handled gently to prevent collision. (2) When the instrument is in the fresh air by adjusting the knob on the upper rear of the instrument, the meter pointer cannot reach 21%, indicating that the oxygen sensor element has reached the end of its life and the oxygen sensor element must be replaced. (3) The surface of the oxygen sensing element is a special plastic film. The dust on the surface should be cleaned regularly with a soft brush. Do not wipe with a hand or cloth. (4) The instrument must not be used for a long time in a high concentration of CO2 gas, otherwise the service life of the sensing element will be reduced. (5) The instrument should be kept indoors in a ventilated and dry, temperature not lower than 10 °C, and the oxygen sensing element should not be exposed to strong sunlight. (6) Oxygen sensing element has a life of 6 months whether it is used or not. If it has reached the end of its life, it should be ordered from the manufacturer in time, but do not purchase more idle.
